Your account and records

Use Accounts only with records and connected services you are authorized to access. Keep your email account, authenticator and recovery codes private. Review imported records, categories, invoice recipients and financial postings before confirming them.

Financial information

Accounts provides recordkeeping, reporting and financial-operation tools. Reports depend on the records you supply. Forecasts are scenarios, and AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify results against source records and obtain qualified accounting or tax advice when needed. No statutory accounting, tax, fiscalisation or payroll certification is claimed.

Business documents and calculators

Legal and business generators prepare working drafts from the facts and instructions you supply. They do not provide a lawyer-client relationship, certify legal compliance, sign agreements, submit regulatory filings or register a business. Obtain appropriate professional review before executing or publishing legal documents. Internal approval records your own review and is not an electronic signature. Calculators and forecasts use their disclosed assumptions and do not constitute lending offers or investment advice. You remain responsible for authorized use, factual accuracy and final decisions.

Connected services

Google, Apple, Cloudflare and financial providers operate under their own terms and may require separate accounts, authorization or fees. Directory listings do not establish bank access. Accounts does not initiate bank transfers or promise live feeds for institutions without an authorized connection.

Availability and changes

Accounts is under active development. Available functions and service dependencies can change. Keep appropriate exports or backups of important records and report problems before relying on affected outputs.

Acceptable use and support
